If you are not entirely satisfied, or if you do not wish to purchase a delivery, you have 10 days from the date of receipt to inform us using the contact details supplied. You will then owe us nothing for that delivery. Otherwise, the invoice amount will become due by the date shown on the invoice. You should contact Customer Services on 0870 911 9999 (calls charged at national rate) to arrange for an item to be returned. Any costs you incur returning the item will remain your responsibility.

2. You are not obliged to make a minimum number of purchases and can cancel at any time within the 10 days you are given to approve each set of Computer Guides and CD-ROM which is delivered to you. If you wish to stop collecting please notify us using the contact details supplied to enable us to carry out your request as soon as possible. If we are unable to process your cancellation before the next scheduled delivery date, you may receive a further delivery. In this event it is important you contact us immediately to confirm that your cancellation request has been processed.
