TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Every delivery is an addition to your collection. If you are not entirely satisfied, or if you do not wish to purchase a delivery, you have 10 days from the date of receipt to inform us using the contact details supplied. You will then owe us nothing for that delivery. Otherwise, the invoice amount will become due by the date shown on the invoice. You should contact Customer Services to arrange for an item to be returned. Any costs you incur returning the item will remain your responsibility.

2. You are not obliged to collect a minimum number of recipe cards from Baking for Family and friends and can cancel at any time during the 10 days that you are given to approve each recipe pack delivered to you. If you wish to stop collecting please notify us using the contact details supplied to enable us to carry out your request as soon as possible. If we are unable to process your cancellation before the next scheduled delivery date, you may receive a further delivery. In this event it is important you contact us immediately to confirm that your cancellation request has been processed.
In case of return, all deliveries should be returned to: IMP Returns PO Box 1060, Sunderland, SR9 9WZ

3. Please note that unless you cancel, you will continue to receive deliveries according to the offer as set out on our Gift Certificate.

4. Please make your payment by the date shown on the invoice. By ensuring timely payment, you will avoid receiving unnecessary reminders. If we have to send more than one reminder, we reserve the right to apply reasonable additional administration charges until payment is received. You will be advised of any administration charges in advance to give you the opportunity to pay without incurring them.
